Peter F. Drucker said there's 4 big responsibilities.

1. Big management stuff of direction of the company
2. General management stuff of project management
3. Minor management stuff of operations and processes in support of the projects.
4. And the adminstrative tidy up stuff.

Do you do all 4? Do you do enough of number 1?
